Raise your words, NOT your voice.

-RUMI

I feel like in order to get your point across, you do not have to yell.

If someone is really paying attention to you, they will pay attention.

They definitely won’t pay attention to you if you yell at them.

Yelling doesn’t make things better.

ME? I don’t like yelling.

Let somebody yell at me, I’m either crying, or walking away very irritated.

Depends on who the person is though.

To me, raise your words means say your words with some authority, but not necessarily speaking loud.

You can speak to someone at their level.

If its important to you, or to them, do that.

It’s all up to you.

Make decisions.

Make sure they’re the right ones.
