Y’all probably been asking, “Where has she been?”

(If you read this and you put two and two together, it’ll tell you where I have been).

I’m back.

Today I’m really speaking to my ladies.

As many of you know we have our monthly “menstrual cycle.”

Everyone thinks it’s a 7-day (Shorter, or longer) period where you bleed and then just magically stop.

WALA – you’re fucking wrong.

It’s way more than that.

I won’t go into graphic detail simply because I don’t feel like it.

If you know then you know.

If you don’t, good.

Be blessed that you don’t.

Speaking from experience I can literally feel my cycle coming.

It makes me feel so “Emotionally disturbed” -A.M.T.

I can be perfectly fine, then I can sense “I am going to be one annoyed bitch” coming within seconds.

My stomach turns completely.

I can smell everything.

I don’t want to eat real meals.

I just want ice cream, beef jerky, chocolate and bullshit snacks.

My body is acting as if I’m pregnant, when in reality I’m not.

This is basically a stage you go through before, during and after pregnancy.

Each lady is different.

That may not make sense to many of you reading this.

It probably will to all the other girls who experience this.

Listen to your body.

Love your body.

Love yourself.

At your finest.

At your lowest.

    • January period was so heavy and uncomfortable, I have no idea why. I’m happy to know I’m not alone in the feeling overly emotional to where I just want to be alone.

      • some months are heavier than others and sometimes you have to go through life asking yourself “WHY?” you might find out, you might not. we go through so much as girls and no one understands us (not even other girls at times) take care of yourself girl ♥️
